We were discussing phones today... The apple iphone came up. Everyone in the room said they wanted the iphone but couldn't get the att service because it didn't cover the area they needed covering. We discussed when apple and att will no longer be contractually married and if the iphone may be able to be sold to other carriers...

I have no idea about that but if that were to happen...I think apple would get another huge boost when the new people who want iphones were able to get them.

We discussed the blackberry and which one apple or rim would win the war that sort of option would make in the consumer market...
